BMS Power Connection Cables / Power Cables
Used to connect the BMS to the battery pack main current path, including charge and discharge current connections. These cables carry the main operating current between the battery pack and the BMS.
NTC Temperature Sensor Cable
Used to measure battery cell temperature. The sensor is installed between or near battery cells and provides real-time temperature feedback to the BMS for thermal monitoring and temperature protection.
Mounting Screws
Used to mechanically fix and secure the BMS protection board onto the battery pack structure or mounting bracket, ensuring stable installation and vibration resistance.
PGY-157 8–24S 40–150A
The PGY-157 is a multi-series smart Battery Management System (BMS) designed for 8 to 24 series lithium battery packs. It supports 40–150A continuous charge and discharge current (configurable) and is compatible with both ternary lithium and LiFePO4 battery chemistries. This BMS integrates battery monitoring, protection, balancing, communication, heating control, and SOC estimation into a single system, making it suitable for medium- to high-capacity lithium battery packs that require monitoring, control, and remote configuration.
PGY-141 8–24S 60–200A
The PGY-141 is a software-based active balancing Battery Management System (BMS) designed for 8 to 24 series lithium battery packs. It supports 60–200A continuous charge and discharge current and features energy-transfer active balancing, which redistributes energy between cells instead of dissipating it as heat. By continuously monitoring cell voltage, temperature, and operating status, the PGY-141 significantly improves battery pack consistency, usable capacity, and cycle life, making it suitable for high-capacity and high-current lithium battery systems.
